  1. This Privacy Policy contains information concerning the principles of processing and protection of personal data of entities using the service (hereinafter referred to as: “Users”) located at the address wominecraft.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and the policy of cookies.
  2. The administrator of the personal data submitted by Users is the administrator of the Service, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

    3. IP addresses,
    4. web address of User’s website,
    5. complementary information concerning the business conducted by the User.
  18. Only persons authorized by the Administrator have access to personal data.
  19. On the basis of appropriate legal regulations, personal data collected by the Administrator can be made available to the relevant state authorities.
  20. Gathered User data will be stored only as long as it is permitted for legal and regulatory reasons (including e.g. accounting reasons), and as long as it is necessary for the justified realization of purposes indicated in Clause II. 15.
  21. The Administrator shall contact the User by e-mail.
  22. The Administrator is responsible for using appropriate technical and organizational means aimed at ensuring security of the data provided by Service User, in particular preventing access to the data by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
  23. Service Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 17 April 2016.
  24. Users of the Service have the right to access the content of their personal data and the right to rectify it, limit its processing, the right to data portability, data deletion, the right to object, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
