The administrator of the personal data submitted by Users is the administrator of the Service, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
The acquisition of information about Users of the Website and their behaviour is carried out in the following ways:

Information about certain User behaviour is stored on the server side. This data is used only for the administration of the website and to ensure hosting efficiency.
Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. Other parameters such as time of request and response, errors encountered, information about the user’s IP address and the browser used by the user may also be recorded. All collected data is not linked to any particular person browsing the Website, and its use is solely for the purpose of efficient server administration.

The processing of the personal data of the Users of the Website, referred to in point. 4 above is done only for the purpose for which this data was entered by the Service User into the Service with the Service User’s prior consent, including:

to be notified of new content,
to process a request, contact or reply to a message sent by a Service User;
to comply with legal obligations imposed on the Administrator,
fulfillment of legally justified purposes (e.g. marketing activities) carried out by the Administrator or data recipients, which do not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Recipients of personal data of the Service User are entities that cooperate with the Administrator to the extent necessary to realize purposes indicated in p. 15 above, as well as entities processing data on our behalf, i.e. entities operating IT systems, entities providing consulting, accounting and legal services.

On the basis of appropriate legal regulations, personal data collected by the Administrator can be made available to the relevant state authorities.
Gathered User data will be stored only as long as it is permitted for legal and regulatory reasons (including e.g. accounting reasons), and as long as it is necessary for the justified realization of purposes indicated in Clause II. 15.
The Administrator shall contact the User by e-mail.
The Administrator is responsible for using appropriate technical and organizational means aimed at ensuring security of the data provided by Service User, in particular preventing access to the data by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
Service Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 17 April 2016.
Users of the Service have the right to access the content of their personal data and the right to rectify it, limit its processing, the right to data portability, data deletion, the right to object, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
